At Sahara Essence, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 24 hours of receiving your order. Below are the terms and conditions for our Golden Guarantee Return Policy.
Return Conditions:
- Original Invoice: The original invoice must be provided to benefit from return services. A return request for all products must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Notification: If the shipment is received from the shipping company and customer service is not notified of the desire to return the product or any complaint within 24 hours from the date of receipt, this is considered an acknowledgment of the customer’s satisfaction with the product.
- Shipping Fees: In case of a return, the shipping fees will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
Cases where products cannot be returned:
- When the return request is made after the specified time, which is 24 hours from the date of receipt.
- If the product is damaged or not in the same condition as it was received.
- Products that have been tampered with or have their serial numbers removed.
- When price tags, labels, original packaging, or any of the accompanying accessories are missing.
- If the weight of the perfume bottle indicates significant use or tampering. All returned products will be weighed to ensure they have not been used or have had any liquid removed.
How can I get my money back? A return request must be submitted within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of receipt. You must return the product to us in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging at the time of receipt. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it, and if it meets the conditions, we will immediately begin the process of refunding the amount you paid for the product or replacing it, minus the shipping fees. The amount will be refunded to the account used for the order within 7 to 14 working days.
